About Me I was a painter and sketch artist for years starting at a young age before realizing the art of hair was my true passion. In 2005, I trained at Paul Mitchell School in Cincinnati, OH and attended numerous hair shows and specialty classes. My second year as a stylist, I took an inspiring 3 day course at Vidal Sassoon Academy in Chicago, IL and moved to the city shortly after to continue training. My love for the art of hair continued to grow over the years as I worked in many different salons and then in 2012, I moved to northern VA and worked in salons in Fairfax and in Arlington. Being a studio owner has always been my dream and in April of 2021 I decided be an independent stylist at Sola Salon Studios in Ballston, VA. I have a wide range of specialties including precision and texture cuts, highlights/babylights/strandlights, balayage, creative fashion color, corrective color, and keratin treatment. ———————————————————————- PARKING and DIRECTIONS to SOLA SALON STUDIOS There is street parking on Glebe Rd. and behind the building. If parking in the garage, please be sure to use the ‘1010 Glebe Rd’ elevators. Those elevators will take you up to the One Ballston Plaza lobby and as you step out, Sola Salon will be to your left. My studio is down the right hallway and on the left, Studio 18. COVID POLICY: If you believe you have been exposed or experience any cold/flu like symptoms, please contact me ASAP so we can reschedule your appointment. Masks are required for my studio and must cover both nose and mouth. Please only wear an ear looped mask you do not mind getting stained. I cannot provide a service if you do not have a mask and will charge a 50% fee for the missed appointment. LATE POLICY: There is a 15 min cut off. If you arrive after the cutoff I will not be able to accommodate you as it will create a domino affect for the rest of my day. You will also be charged a 50% fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
